Production Process of Flexible Copper Strands
The Bridgold flexible copper strands are made of copper tubes or copper terminals at both ends of copper stranded wire, and the shape can be made according to customers’ requirements.
Contact surface material: OT terminal, DT terminal and copper tube.
Crimp method: It is made by cold pressing, and it is pressed according to the thickness requirement or according to the customer's parameters.
Process: The bare copper stranded wire is used as the conductor, and the copper tube or copper terminal is crimped at both ends. The size and shape of the joint are produced according to customer requirements, and are pressed by cold pressing method. Tin, nickel or silver plating is available upon request. Through special treatment, it is made into a high-intensity and high-current connection.
